Service Description

Do you have regular vivid dreams that leave you wondering what it all means? Perhaps you have had a big dream that has stayed with you for a long time. What I have come to know, is that dreams give us insightful information about ourselves. They are messengers of protection, giving us a snail trail of hints on how we can best take care of our self. They are intelligent and magical. To this session, please bring a dream or a nightmare that you would like to explore. Sometimes we can finish a whole dream in one session, other times we can work one dream over multiple sessions. There is often so much information in even the simplest of dreams. The more details you can record from your dream the better, because everything matters. We work with your own associations, symbolism and embodiment during this session to explore what the dream means for you. No dream is a genetic blueprint. A frog in your dream might have a completely different meaning to a frog in my dream. This is a very rewarding and creative way to do therapy and sift through problems that are bubbling within your psyche. what others have said about this service: 'The dream has stopped and I no longer wake up scared' after working through a reoccurring nightmare. 'I found my happy place in my dream' A client that felt lost and unhappy. 'My dream told me I'm important and beautiful' new self affirming concepts for this client. Keeping a dream journal is a good idea, even if you are not going to book in a session with me. You get to learn a lot about yourself. Can you notice a pattern? is there a common theme running throughout your dreams? Dreams are fascinating, wouldn't it be a shame if we just cast them off as nothing?
