Support for the whole family.

If you have a child that you are worried about, I have a unique way of approaching support for this child by spending time acknowledging and working with the parents to see the whole family. We can think of families like a forest, if one tree is not thriving this will impact the whole forest. In fact it is just a symptom of what’s happening in the root system underground the forest.

About me

First I was a hypnotherapist and then I discovered I wanted to offer more in a session than what I had been taught. As a young hypnotherapist, I had been taught to use a script that didn’t meet the needs of complex human problems and I soon found that hypnotherapy was a capped tool wherein the client had to meet the therapy, but I wanted it to be the other way around. So I started educating myself on how to more completely support people and provide them with a sensitive and flexible range of therapeutic tools that engage with the extraordinary range of huge emotions humans can feel.

My approach

I offer a warm and present space for you to land and explore yourself without judgement. I encourage self awareness through many experiential therapeutic approaches. These include active day dreaming, resource therapy, family constellations, hypnotherapy and dream work practices. 

I am passionate about supporting emotional wellbeing.
