Say Goodbye to your Emotional Baggage

Before discussing your emotional baggage, let me clarify the purpose and importance of delving into its contents. Whether it's a tightly sealed box hidden in the depths of your closet for years...

We do this to improve our relationships, reduce triggers, minimise overreactions, and break free from the harmful patterns fueled by unresolved emotions.

The ultimate goal is to achieve emotional freedom,

a state of mind where you can remain calm and present even in adversity. This entails recognising which burdens are truly yours to carry and which are not yours to carry at all.

By honing your emotional intelligence, you can navigate tough situations with a grounded perspective, shielding yourself from overwhelm and confusion. This clarity empowers you to approach conflicts and challenges with confidence and ease.

Michael Singer, the author of "The Untethered Soul," has been instrumental in teaching me a valuable process. However, before fully embracing it, I needed to address some deep-seated emotional wounds. He emphasises the importance of not clinging to pain and suffering, but instead letting them go and allowing oneself to fully experience the moment without being overwhelmed by it, remaining present and mindful. According to Michael, achieving this level of detachment signifies a high level of personal evolution. While I still struggle with holding onto grievances and pain, I have made significant progress and now feel much more liberated in my body than I have in a long time.

To help YOU attain this level of expertise, you need to cleanse your inner self to navigate through the accumulated pain and distress stored within your being, providing you with what I refer to as an emotional detox. This process involves reconnecting with your inner child and rediscovering who you are again.

Experiencing this level of freedom in both body and mind is indescribable. It's as if you're excelling in life, with an abundance of room for joy, self-expression, and a clear understanding of your purpose and how you wish to shape your life. This ability is truly one of my strongest assets and areas where I assist individuals along their path.

Having emotional freedom is crucial for leading a joyful life. Similar to mental and physical health, our emotional well-being also requires attention. By addressing our emotional state, we can enhance various aspects of our lives.

Look out for these indicators that suggest your emotional well-being may need some maintenance:

  • Sleeplessness or nightmares

  • feeling unmotivated

  • Dwelling on the past

  • Avoidance or anxious type behaviours

  • You dont know what brings you joy anymore

  • Find it hard to make decisions

  • lashing out at loved ones / road rage

  • socially withdrawing

If you feel like you may need an emotional detox, don't hesitate to contact me or a qualified professional.

All these signs mentioned are symptoms that can be eliminated once your emotional body is given room to breathe. Emotions are meant to flow through us, not to become trapped inside us. Our inability to handle our emotions exacerbates the situation, as they have no outlet and end up being suppressed through various means like eating, drinking, or overworking. This leads to a buildup of unresolved emotions. However, this can be addressed if you are willing to explore what lies within that baggage.

Moreover, this doesn't have to be difficult or lengthy. Relief and positive changes can be achieved in just a few sessions. All our emotions require is the opportunity to be experienced, recognised, and embraced.

We reside in a world where our emotions often go unaddressed and unexamined, leading us to perceive them as daunting. However, when we embrace an emotion in our space, it reveals its inherent beauty and imparts valuable wisdom, lessons, messages, and love. It is essentially a bundle of love that has been misunderstood.
